How to fix noisy bearing in a Simpson 500 eziset dryer?

I have a Simpson 500 eziset dryer which has a noisy fan ... I think the bearing has gone as the fan belt keeps coming off and it is very noisy ... how do you get the drum out and get at the fan once you have taken the back off the dryer ? yours tim
