Mend Beko DRCT70W Heating Element Unit

beko drct70w heating elements seems to be not working?

i've replaced the whole heating element unit on a drct70w, due to only 2 elements working on the old unit. i tested it before putting it back together, and only 2 elements are working on the new unit. any ideas what else could be the issue please?
