Dimplex MFS12LE - Knocking Noise?

I have a Dimplex MFS12LE Fire Suite and it starts making a knocking noise when on for a while, how can I fix this?

There is a small motor inside called a rotisserie motor for the fuel effect which could be at fault or the long shaft attatched to it has supports with rubber grommets,a spot of oil on the shaft where it passes through the grommets might work
