Mend Carl Lewis MOT566 Circuit Smell Burning

Is there a circuit breaker on a treadmill?

My carl Lewis treadmill stopped working, I could smell burning then it suddenly stopped, I removed cover and found a pencil slowing down the belt, I removed the pencil and the belt runs freely but when I switch the treadmill on the does not seem to be power? Carl Lewis mot 566
