How to fix my Peugeot?

I've got a pug 2002 2ltr hdi,it will start up then cut out after a few seconds Help me Plz

It sounds like you have air in your fuel system,you will need to check the fuel piping,especially in the engine compartment for chaffing,another thing to check would be your fuel filter for water and if it hasn`t been renewed for a while then it may be worth just doing it, I recall the fuel/hand primer on these were bad for drawing air also,good luck.
