John Lewis JLBIWM1402 start flashes but wont run?

Hi my washing machine was on a 30 min no spin wash and ended with water in the drum and the door lock released.

It now will not start on any programme. No error message displayed, start light is flashing green, no delay start,
Power off has no impact
Any ideas
