Mend Medion MD11871 Machine Model Fabric

Medion Sewing machine, Model MD11871, Feed dog?

Fabric doesn't feed at all. I have to push fabric through. I think Feed dog is too low and doesn't pick fabric up.....

average feed dog height should be in region of ,9mm at highest point during upward motion and when needle touch needle plate at downward motion feeddog should be level at back of needle plate also feeddog stroke should differ when stitch lenght is adjusted. if none of this happen it could be a broken feed cam
