Whirlpool Twin Thin Stacker Making Knocking Noises?

Hi

I have a Whirlpool Twin Thin Stacker and it is making funny sounds during the spinning cycle.

It sound like the belt is struggling (making choking sounds) and then there is a big bang sounds.

It's there is a bit of burn smell coming out of the machine too.

Anyone have a clue what is happening?
