Mend Glow-worm flexicom24cx Boiler Low Pressure Gas Engineer

Glow-worm flexicom24cx combination boiler?

My newly installed boiler is showing "fault 22" and the problem is low pressure. This is a new boiler and I replaced the old one because of the same problem. My gas engineer and warned me as he said there is a leak somewhere. As I live in a flat over a garage and have had this problem for at least 5 years I have found no evidence of a leak! HELP

what kind of plumber is he. there is a valve under the boiler called a prv that can be letting water by. which should have a pipe coming from it to an outside wall . they only release above 3 bar but if there grit in the seal can cause them to leak all the time

Good answer I have no idea where the overflow is neither does the plumber. I guess it might be routed through the waste pipe. Is that possible?
