Mend Berkline 29-860 Recliner Power Repair

power recliner sometimes works fine other times works intermittently?

I press the switch on my Berkline power recliner and sometimes it will work fine other times it will move about a quarter inch at a time. I replaced the switch and the problem still remains. I have checked all the power connections and they are fine.
