Mend Glowworm 30cxi Combi Boiler Heating Water Leak

I have a Glowworm 30cxi passing water through blow off pipe?

I have a Glowworm 30cxi combi boiler it is passing water out off the blow off pipe. but the pressure is not dropping. Have you any ideas what this could be,
