Uniwell PX-5750 lost power?

My Uniwell PX5750 has just lost all power. I have checked the fuse and the power source which are both fine.
Any ideas?

Could be memory backup battery. Should be changed every three or four years. If the power goes off when battery is bad, they can lock up and lose data. This is a dealer service job.
