softerner will not drain?

Hi Kenjo. Model No WAE 18161SG/21 Bosch. Drawer has 3 compartments, left for detergent, middle for softener and 3rd I dont know for what. Cheers.

Need model no inside of door to know exactly what your drawer looks like, but the "U" shaped tube was used on older models. It used to fit long leg over the back edge of the box which then located in a little plastic locating ring on outside of box. If this doesn't make sense give me model no to look it up cheers

Hi Kenjo. I assume you mean the top hole at the back of the compartment? I will try this and see what happens when I wash again tomorrow.

u shaped tube fits at back of the softener compartment with the longest leg hanging down outside it and the shortest leg inside the compartment, push it down till it clicks into place.
