How can I get the conditioner to empty on Bosch WFF 2000 washing machine?

The conditioner remains in the dishwasher after the wash. Tried cleaning but still does not work. Bosch washing machine WFF 2000

Take out the soap drawer and just above where the conditioner goes you will find 4 holes. Unblock them with a pin.
