I do not have a drawing to hand but most Suffolks have this arrangement.
The clutch cable passes through the adjuster, there should be a very narrow barrel/nipple on the end of the cable. One end of the clutch spring is attached to the cable by a small aluminium shacle (basicaly look like a bent piece of metal with a slot in it these somtimes drop off when tension removed as spring breaks) There should be a wide part of the slot for the nipple to be passed through then engae it in the narrow end. Clutch spring hooks into tensioner arm and is then hooked into shackle allowing it to maintain tension. Make sure the tensioner has enough travel to clear when released. Too tight screw adjuster in to releive tension. too loose (not driving when lever pulled) wind tensioner out.
