Mend Qualcast 32 Cable Switch

Qualcast 32?

Had break in the cable, fixed and reconnected to on/off switch. Whilst putting housing back together, as metal L shape strip fell out. Have since identified as being the spring lever. Can someone please tell me where it goes in the housing.
