Mend Ryobi RHT2660DA Model Coming Times

coupling on ryobi model RHT2660DA?

How do I stop the coupling from coming off when I pull the pull start cord

when I pull the cord a few times to start the cutters
the pull cord comes off the starter grip

when I dissemble the starter housing the coupling is loose and when I tighten it, it pulls again properly for a few times then it happends again
