Mend Beko Getting Warm 70

Why am I only getting warm air from my Beko DRCT 70 ?

When my beko drct 70 is on the low setting I get no heat from it, but when it is on the high setting I only get warm air.
All the filters are clean and the condenser unit is empty.
Is the other places in the machine where fluff etc can build up?
