Boiler stays Lit but look warm?

I have a modena 102 combi and have just put in new heat sensors for for the CH and DHW as the flame kept going on and off. The central heating still works and the boiler ignites and stays lit when hot water is requested however the water is only look warm. This is better than before when it would change hot cold hot cold. Have you any sugestions.
