Mend Hotpoint WMef762 Washing Machine Stuck Spin

Why does my hot point wmef762 stick on 1 minute ?

It will do the wash fully but just before it moves onto the rinse cycle it will stick on 1 minute and just continue to wash I have to switch it off and manually change it to spin to get the wash finished strange thing is though it only does it on the 60 degree washes anyone got any ideas?
