Mend Brandt BB 60 Washing Machine Repair Bearings

Brandt BB 60 will not go ?

All lights come on on the panel as they should but timer doesnt buzz and nothing happens . Have just replaced bearings and joint of the drum .Have also beefed up the lock and thought that this was the problem with not going . Am sad!!!!!!!!!
