Mend Flamerite YCT-100 Fire Lights Fan

flamerite model YCT-100 electric fire?

the lights and fan come on as normal but when I switch the remote to put on the heat the lights go off and the fan stays on but the heater does not work,
I have to switch off and on the switch on the fire to get the lights on again.
