Dimplex HTN20 electric fire lights and fan work but only blows cold. Fan elements must be broken or disconnected. How do I get access to elec wiring?

The repair required is dependent on the series letter,from letter "k" onwards the fires changed so the procedure is different from the earlier fires.If you ring dimplex they will tell you your nearest service agent 08448793588
