Mend Citroen Saxo Plate 1st 2nd

my saxo 2002 plate feels like its pulling in 1st n 2nd gear ?

I got in my car the other day and as i pulled off i felt like it was pulling and it was making a noise the rev counters seem different aswell please any advice would be good
