Pouch stuck in Fellowes Mars A4 laminator?

An a4 pouch has become stuck inside the laminator and i am unable to get it out as not visible. Only 2 screws underneath which don't seem to undo anything. Any ideas to be able to undo cover if possible to get at the fried pouch would be appreciated, as makes a crunching noise when turned on and unable to use, pouch must be stuck some where inside.
