Mend Paragon Plus Start Working Manual

How can I start Paragon Plus systems working. Manual is lost?

I was fixing a patio light, the ring fuse tripped & system started sounding, so I put tripped fuse right, the Alaram stopped sounding. But, the system is NOT working. The light is on 2 say the power is there. My system M annual is Lost. Help me 2 put it right & in working order. Thanks.
