Mend Zara Picasso 2.0 Automatic Transmission Driving

Why does Zara picasso 2.0 come out of gear when commencing journey?

If I drive away without letting the engine warm up it throws the automatic transmission out of gear while driving. If car is allowed to warm up this does not happen
