Engine won't start no fuel to fuel rail, injector light flashing on dash fuel getting to filter low pressure pump working

Have fuel coming out of filter to hi pressure pump but nothing to bar, been told hi pressure pumps rarely pack up????

If you have no fuel pressure at your rail then it won't start,if you have fuel at your filter then it suggests a problem between there and your rail,have you tried a new filter?
