Mend Greenworks GLPHT/10 Started Spark Plug

GLPHT/10 pettrol Hedge Trimmer?

my GLPHT/10 Petrol Hedge Trimmer will not tick over when started i have replaced the spark plug to no availl .cleaned the air filter still no good.In the hand book it mentions the idle adjusting screw but it does not say where it is could you help me.
