We have the same problem on a 7 year old Miele dishwasher G4210 that has worked faultlessly from new until now.
It comes up with a F14 fault with the top two out of three red lights coming on.
The guidance in the manual is a little ambiguous, but so far I have done the following:
1. Taken out and cleaned the online filter on the water inlet feed. This is based at the end of the 6 inch block at the tap end of the wter inlet pipe. It was already clean.
2. Checked for kinks in the inlet and waste pipes.
3. Cleaned out all filters in the floor of the dishwasher including removal of the one way valve and ensured the large ball bearing valve is freely moving. This valve was perfectly clean.
4. Cleaned out any debris at waste end where waste pipe joins the sink waste pipe. This was free flowing, but a little mucky.
I am now at a loss as to what to do next and would appreciate suggestions.
