Mend Grohe Grohedal Dual Cistern Flow

How can I fix my Grohedal?

My Grohedal concealed dual flush cistern does not seem to flush correctly. The water flow is slow. I have looked at the cistern in the wall void and it appears to be a sealed unit. The flush control is in the wall behind the toilet bowl. Any ideas please?
