3.3 KVA, twin, 110V Transformer, doesnt work??

I've got a transformer that used to work perfectly do now doesn't, I took it apart and cant find a fault? everything seems ok? what have I missed???

I take it that you have checked the fuse in plug,and the toc on the tranny ?
