I guessing your having problem with key board on the tv and not the remote, Anyway heres a reset for you tv.

Copy and paste follow steps. If not unplug overnite.
If still not ,take cover off and look for buldged caps leaking caps on power board.If power board looks good then you may have to replace the mainboard -BN41-01165B.
If it's the remote replace batteries.
