Mend Indesit wixxl Board Red Wires

indesit wixxl control board?

I have a plug with 4 red wires needing attached to the main control board and can not find a way to remove the board from the plastic front cover without braking the clips. Is there a particular operational way of doing it and does anyone know how to or does this panel come attached to the front cover?
