Hotpoint DF23 Dishwasher?

way to see if outlet pipe is blocked is by putting drain pipe flat on floor and see how fast water run out,only way to check drain pump is to remove ,check for object preventing impellor to turn and by putting direct power on drain pump motor you can see if pump is working properly
