Mend Viking Machine Forward Checked

My Viking sewing machine ONLY goes in REVERSE?

My Viking sewing machine only goes in reverse. I can't make it go forward. I checked the manual for settings and they're all correct.

Hello Faye,
If you have checked thoroughly that you have the machine set correctly then it could be a stuck reverse button or lever, a small dose of WD40 should cure the problem.
