Mend Dishwasher Water Anti Flood

Anti flood problem?

I've tried tipping on it's back to let all the water out and turning off at the mains but the anti flood sequence of the water fill and dry symbols are still lit up can you help please??

On what? Make & model number is essential. Not all dishwashers etc are the same.
