boiler turns off and on?

I have boiler Optima 701 and its seven years old. The problem is that with the tap water I can get hot water for a few seconds and then it turns cold and then goes hot again and so on. I have noticed that the intensity of flame decreases dramatically and then increases, then decreases and then the boiler turns off and then turns on and so on.

Please Help.
