Mend Nissan Primera Revs Cuts Out

nissan primera keeps losing revs and cuts out ?

hi i have a Nissan primera 2 liter t-spec petrol 52 plate and when the engine is warm it doesn't like idling and cuts out any ideas on what it could be, also have problem with cd player doesn't work all the time comes on when it wants to any help as to what this could be.
