I have an extremely old oven (GE camco model # VJ32ZBT-8) and I can't figure out if I need to remove anything to replace the seal. The old one is so fragile that it's tearing when I try to do anything with it. It doesn't have clips and it's not one of those braided ones. It's just a simple rubber slip on seal.
