Mend Ferroli Hawk 2 Boiler Heating System

low burning fer hawk 2?

my fer hawk 2 boiler is not burning as it should it is starting to burn very low then after about 20 secs it goes back to burning as it should then after a wile it will drop again any ideas pleae many thanks raz
