Mend Kingfisher Industrial Boiler Heating Power Supply

We have a very old kingfisher industrial boiler?

the electricians disconnected the power supply to carry out electrical tests and now we have no heating. It doesn't even sound as if the pilot light is trying to light. Any suggestions
