Mend Citroen Berlingo Water Pump Van

Hi guys,?

water washers not working on my Citroen Berlingo Enterprise 2005 model
Already tried fuse all OK
Tried new water pump (at base of water bottle)
Still not working!!!
I suspect it may be the control handle/washer stalk on steering column???
Can anyone suggest what I do next ? Keep it clean guys
