Mend Citroen Berlingo Diesel Van

Has a citroen berlingo got a drain plug?

Can you tell me if a citroen berlingo (99-00) has got a drain plug? I have had some bad diesel which had somehow got water in it and I now cant get my van to strike up. I have cleaned everything except the pump.
