Glow-worm FuelSaver Mk2 - Pilot light won't stay lit!?

Hi! I've a Glow-worm Fuelsaver Mk2 Boiler. The pilot light won't stay lit. I've replaced the thermocouple but this time its not fixed the problem! Any ideas - its cold here!

Doesn't the overheat stat only come into play when the boiler is working? I can't understand how this would affect the pilot light... anyone?

I have heard that it may be the gas valve.. is this more the case?
