my ghd dont seem to work as well as they should?

there are the black ghd, tey are not working as well as they should. i would need to keep going over the same section of hair

I have exacty the same problem with mine and the light stops flashing when i straighten my hair. I don't know whether to send them back or whether its something they can actually fix?
