how can i adjust rear brake shoes on my transit van 2003?

you should first let handbrake adjustment off before adjusting in drum,if not return springs on end of cable can become coilbound,re-adjusting cable is last job.

Knock the drums off and the adjusters are right in front of you, there is a pawl so you can only go one way,if there is a lip on the outer edge of the drum face then try and grind that off or you wont get an accurate adjustment,make sure the hand brake levers are free also on the back shoes,good luck
