You have low water level in the machine this is usually caused by a blockage in the clear corrugated hose that runs from the pressure chamber left hand side of machine to the sump in the middle front of machine, also pressure chamber could be blocked. Quick fix... unplug, remove wooden decor door, mop out water inside machine under filter, remove steel cover at base of machine at front you can then see the blocked hose, it is just a push fit both ends , remove and clean it out. If prob still there it will be pressure chamber blocked as well, much bigger job.
