How can I fix my Diplomat Dishwasher+?

My integrated Diplomat ADP 8322 Dishwasher does not clean the upper level cups etc. I have cleaned the pipes. Any other reason

Hi Mervyn, look at the grey tube at the back,has it come loose from the base.If so,push it back in.You will need to buy a part called a cover if this is the fault.They are quite cheap.Call 01526322540 and they can supply.All the best.
