Mend Rover 45 Car Doors Manually

rover 45 locks when i take off and wont open by switch on dash ?

car locks it self when i take off and wont release it self have to open the doors manually, doors will only lock with the fob wont unlock have to use the key to open car car is the 05 modle 1.4
